First City
This was one of the very first pieces I did after not working in clay for several decades. I have a vague memory of wanting to create my own environment, perhaps as a representation of the way I was trying to (finally!) take ownership of my life in a way that I had not done sufficiently or holistically. It was a humbling but also empowering experience.
